Schwinn 460 Elliptical Final Thoughts

As we did our research on the Schwinn 460 Elliptical Trainer found many positive reviews and ratings by consumers. They mentioned that it was well built and very easy operate, including the large touch screen LCD display.

We were fortunate to have a friend that purchased one recently so we did not have to purchase it in order to write a thorough review on it. However, that meant we could not go into any detail of the assembly process, beyond what was written in other reviews.

As someone that has a bit of a knee issue, I can attest to the advantage of using an elliptical machine over a traditional treadmill. The reduced impact on my knee was profound and it made it possible to get a full 60 minute workout. Also, having the movable handle bars allowed me to add a bit of upper body training into each and every workout.

For most people, repetition and boredom are the two leading factors that cause them to quit working out. Schwinn has got you covered there, they worked with people from the Nautilus Institute and created 11 workout routines and put them all at your fingertips. Using the large LCD touch screen, you can select any of the routines, monitor your heart rate and other information. Similar features can be found on the Schwinn 420.

The bottom line is, the Schwinn 460 Elliptical Trainer is a well built machine and as far as workouts goes, you cannot beat the results for the price. Check it out yourself.
